[Remote] Outbound Renewal Sales Associate - 100% Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Frontdoor, Inc. is reimagining how homeowners maintain and repair their homes. They are seeking an Outbound Renewal Sales Associate to perform data entry of home warranty contracts, generate new customer sales, and assist with Home Service Plan renewals through outbound calls.
Responsibilities
- Place outbound telephone calls to renew home service plans
- Promotes the benefits, coverage, and terms of products to potential customers
- Converts sales opportunities to assist with company monthly sales goals
- Upholds the high standards, guidelines, policies and procedures, especially when interacting with customers
- Acquires and maintains knowledge and understanding of product coverage for application in every business transaction
- Utilizes all available resources and maintains knowledge of all business unit policies, procedures and programs; completes required continuing education courses
- May assume other duties as applied

- Knowledge of contract coverage, including systems and appliances
- Knowledge of business unit policies and procedures

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of sales experience required
