The Customer Service Representative (Concierge Associate) is the front‑line voice of arenaflex. In this pivotal position, you will digitally engage with members—helping them navigate their benefits, locate the right providers, and resolve any challenges they encounter. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, empathetic service to arenaflex members via phone, live chat, and email, guiding them through benefit details and provider selection.
  • Apply best‑practice protocols for handling inquiries, while proactively suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency and member experience.
  • Maintain meticulous organization within arenaflex’s support platform (Zendesk) and collaborative tools (G Suite), ensuring every interaction is logged, tracked, and resolved promptly.
  • Act as a conduit for member feedback, relaying insights to product, operations, and engineering teams to drive continuous product enhancements.
  • Triaging and escalating complex or urgent member care situations, coordinating with internal specialists and external partners to achieve swift resolutions.
  • Develop and sustain a deep, detail‑oriented understanding of employer‑provided health benefits, insurance terminology, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, knowledge‑base updates, and cross‑functional meetings to stay current on arenaxflex’s evolving offerings.
